We were approached by one of our valued regular clients to fully starcloth the impressive Brooklands Suite. Known for its versatility & scale, the suite can accommodate up to 500 guests & is regularly used for large conferences, exhibitions, & gala events . The brief was clear: create a striking, immersive environment that would elevate the space & deliver a memorable experience for attendees.
The Rig
Our team of four experienced riggers arrived on site on January 8th, ready to bring the vision to life. With a clear plan & a collaborative approach, the rig was completed in just five hours. Starcloth installations of this scale require precision, coordination, & efficiency—especially in a venue as large & adaptable as Brooklands.
From carefully positioning the draping to ensuring seamless coverage across the suite, every detail was handled with care. The result was a clean, elegant finish that completely transformed the room, turning a large, open event space into an atmospheric setting ready for the client’s event.
The Derig
Following a successful event, our team returned on January 10th to complete the derig. Again, four crew members worked efficiently to remove the installation, completing the process in just three & a half hours.
We understand that venues & clients often work to tight turnaround times, so ensuring a smooth & timely derig is just as important as the installation itself. Our team worked closely with venue staff to ensure everything was cleared safely & professionally, leaving the space ready for its next use.
